Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be refunded with the type of payment used in the original sale.

We accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase or within 14 days from date of receipt, as we want our customers to have ample time to examine the merchandise received, for refund or exchange, excluding any shipping charges. For new merchandise, returned product must be UNOPENED. Items that qualified for Free Shipping that are being returned will have the shipping costs deducted from the refund or credit. For any APC item or any item manufactured by APC, 25% restocking fee will be applied. For any APC item or any item manufactured by APC, including uninterrupted power supply, that is 2.5Kva (2500va) or above is NON returnable.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

For new items, returned products must be in brand new condition, UNOPENED, have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), or returned merchandise with a different serial number than the one seller originally shipped cannot be returned. Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment, damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling, including in-flight or other damages, will not be accepted for refund /exchange.

The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. For any APC item or any item manufactured by APC, 25% restocking fee will be applied. For used items, returned products must be in their original condition that are received, have all items, materials, and accessories that are shipped, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards, if the orders contain such.

Shipment errors due to a bad address provided by the buyer will not be credited for shipping charges if returned or at all if lost or abandoned by the carrier.

Customers must notify SuperDealGlobal Customer Service of any damaged products within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

How do I request a return?

To return a product to SuperDealGlobal, you’ll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 260-33-78737 or email General Sales: sales@SuperDealGlobal.com to initiate a return or for additional information. You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number in order to return a product.

Once you have an RMA number, please follow the following steps: Packing Your Return: The RMA number should be clearly noted on the shipping label of each box or you may write it on the shipping box. Please do not record the RMA number on the original manufacturer’s box. The return box should contain everything from the original shipment, including the original manufacturer’s box and packing material, all accessories, UPC bar codes, manuals, etc. that came with the original shipment.

If you have multiple packages to return, please make photocopies of the return address that was emailed to you and tape one on each package. Please use clear tape or a clear carrier pouch with a self-adhesive back to affix the return address to the box. All boxes should be securely packed to prevent possible damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage that occurs during shipment back to us. We suggest that you insure these return items, as we are not liable for lost merchandise. I have returned my product. When will I get my refund or replacement?

If you’ve requested a refund, we’ll process it as soon as we receive your product. If you have requested a replacement, we will get it shipped as soon as we receive your product subject to stock availability. If we have not got what you need, we will asks for your preference either replace it with a compatible equivalent, to wait until we do, or refund you in full. We will contact you either way.

Can I have a different / upgraded product as a replacement and pay / be refunded the difference in price?

Sure, you are welcome to do so. To eliminate any error in the process, please contact us to check the availability of the product you are interested in and the difference in price.

Please allow 2 business days for us to process your return. You will be notified by email once your return is processed. SuperDealGlobal (NO TAX) / SuperDealGlobal reserves the right to refuse return, refund, exchange, and charge a restocking fee for any product, that doesn't comply with the above mentioned requirements, or at its sole discretion.

How do I cancel an order?

Website orders cannot be canceled online. To cancel an order, please call 260-33-Super (78737) or email General Sales: sales@SuperDealGlobal.com. Once placed, your order is processed right away. For that reason, it’s possible—depending on how much time has elapsed since you placed your order—that we’ve already shipped the product to you. In that case, you may need to request a return.
