All our products have been fully tested and are fully working. Please see our grading definitions below.

• What does New mean?

  A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in the original sealed, manufacturer's packaging (such as the original box). It comes with all original accessories, documentations, and full manufactuers' warranty.

• What does Refurbished mean?

  Before we put a Refurbished product up for sale, it undergoes a rigorous refurbishment process** to make sure it’s up to the manufacturers' high standards, manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in the original packaging. We back it with our standard one-year warranty. 

• What Does Certified Pre-Owned Mean?

  A certified** pre-owned phone is one that has been strictly inspected for any problems or issues that may have developed since the phone was originally shipped from the factory. Our experienced technicians will look for all sorts of hardware and software issues, aiming to ensure the phone is as functional as when it was originally sold by the manufacturer. Certified pre-owned devices receive in-depth inspections, where techs identify and fix problems, if any. We back it with our standard one-year warranty. 

• What does Grade A+ mean?

  The phone is Certified Pre-Owned. It is a new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. It comes with all the original accessories and full manufacturer's warranty. It has been fully tested and is in full working order **. 

• What does Grade A mean?

  The phone is Certified Pre-Owned but in excellent condition, comes with a charger /adapter and a free data cable*. Cosmetically the phone won’t show any signs of use, there won’t be any scratches, cracks or scuffs to the screen or casing. It has been fully tested and is in full working order **. We back it with our standard one-year warranty. 

• What does Grade B mean?

  The phone is Certified Pre-Owned but in good condition, comes with a charger /adapter and a free data cable*. Cosmetically the phone will show signs of use, including some minor scratches to the screen and casing or equivalent. It has been fully tested and is in full working order **. We back it with our standard one-year warranty. 

• What does Grade C mean?

  The phone is Certified Pre-Owned but in average condition, comes with a charger /adapter and a free data cable*. Cosmetically the phone will show signs of use, including some scratches and scuffs to the screen and casing. It won’t have cracks on the screen or casing. It has been fully tested and is in full working order **. We back it with our standard one-year warranty.

**We test using a 30 point checklist which includes strict checks of the IMEI (against the CheckMend database), case condition, screen condition, buttons, switches, headphone ports, earpiece, speakers, microphones, touch screen, LCD, WiFi connectivity, camera, SIM detection and network connectivity, power port, battery, accelerometer and appropriate software detection. Should a handset fail any one of these tests, we simply do not sell it.
